About The Team

Chrisoula is a New York native and is a current resident and investor in Astoria, Queens. She developed a love for real estate at an early age, which stemmed from her mother, an investment inspiration, and her father, a retired contractor, who taught her the "ins and outs" of owning homes. Chrisoula has a keen understanding of market conditions and value in the areas that she's currently invested in. She currently invests in multi-unit rental properties in the Astoria, Long Island City, and Hampton areas. Recently, she has invested and is extending her interest in the Manhattan and Brooklyn markets.

 Managing several rental properties has allowed her to gain excellent knowledge in the overall process, from buying, inspecting, rehabilitation, and legal conversion to overall property management. Her philosophy is to be as honest and transparent as possible and to provide the utmost attention and quality to others. Having her own direct experience as a real estate investor, Chrisoula has developed a comprehensive understanding of how a property not only serves as a home, but also as an investment.

Chrisoula graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, as she was originally pursuing financial controlling and business management in the banking industry. Chrisoula is essentially a "people person." Her sincerity and vibrancy instantly elicit a sense of trust from others. This was evident in her long-standing, successful career as a business management executive, where she provided quality service to her business teams and senior management in the banking industry. Outside of real estate, Chrisoula has developed a passion for wine and has obtained certifications from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust. She loves to attend wine tastings, visit vineyards, and all-around talk wine! Some other hobbies include cooking, interior design, fitness (running and strength training), and traveling with her husband.
